Personal Boundaries: Emotional and Physical Boundaries Gallery.

Personal Boundaries: Emotional and Physical Boundaries.

The gallery pictures introduce the important psychological concept of personal boundaries, about how we separate ourselves from others, both physically and emotionally. Boundaries are important for personal growth and development, especially in childhood and during close relationships at any age. Clear, well-defined. but adaptable and flexible, personal boundaries contribute to personal happiness and overall satisfaction with life.

How to Become a Winner in 250 words or less!

How to Become a Winner

To become a winner you must first be a loser.

You need to feel the pain and heartache of losing.

To know that you want better for yourself.

From losing, you must find your way out.

And do ‘the inner work’ to lift yourself up.

No drugs. No drinking. No blaming.

Every single time life knocks you down.

You must get yourself back up!

Life is tough forever and always.

So become good at getting back up.

Become good at recovering from losing .

Win the fight over your losses.

Then once you learn to win at losing.

You will stop being a loser, and become a winner.

Because from that day on, no loss will ever be a loss.

A winner is just somebody who’s better at losing.

Once you master how to win at losing.

You will always be a winner!

Recharge Your Soul: Our Beautiful Earth!

Our Beautiful Earth: Meteor ShowersOur Beautiful

CHECK THIS OUT: I found this image on www.facebook.com/koofers about a meteor shower happening on 23-24 April 2014. I suggest that you check your local skyline from the 22nd, because the information does not state which timezone they are referring to when they mention “night”.

Improve your view by leaving behind the brightness of city lights and head out into the darkness of the country sky. All cities “glow” at night-time from things like street lights, billboards, and lights from large buildings, and this glow will limit how much of the meteor shower you will see. I’m estimating a 15 to 30 minutes trip from city boundaries will hugely improve your chance of spotting the meteor shower!

<p style=“How do watching meteor showers relate to topics presented on PossibleBeing.com?”

Glad you asked! I believe it’s very important for our mental health to regularly:

 1. Pause during our day or night.
 2. Stop our busy-ness.
 3. Go outside.
 4. Experience nature (e.g., stare at the night sky, watch the sunset or sunrise, marvel at natural landscapes, breathe fresh air, smell nature’s perfumes, surround yourself with greenery, and walk barefoot on the ground).
 5. Recharge your soul.
 6. Remember the beauty of our earth.
 7. And know that although your problems are big in your world, your problems are small compared to the majesty of our beautiful earth and universe.
