- Stop our busy-ness.
- Go outside.
- Experience nature (e.g., stare at the night sky, watch the sunset or sunrise, marvel at natural landscapes, breathe fresh air, smell nature’s perfumes, surround yourself with greenery, and walk barefoot on the ground).
- Recharge your soul.
- Remember the beauty of our earth.
- And know that although your problems are big in your world, your problems are small compared to the majesty of our beautiful earth and universe.
